• No information displayed on the website must be used by the users/visitors/customers to form the sole basis for any kind of self-diagnosis for any medical or health issue. Logos will not be responsible for loss or damages caused by such decisions taken by users/visitors/customers without taking a proper doctor consultation on the matter.

Call/Appointment Booking Services

• We have enabled an option for users/visitors/customers to Book a Call or Appointment at our facility in Tripunithura, Kochi, wherein you will be required to provide your name and contact details in order to process the request.
• By submitting your contact details, you are giving permission to Logos to contact you for scheduling an appointment for you at our facility at the earliest date possible.
• All bookings and appointments will be made only for our facility at Tripunithura, Kochi.
• Logos maintains the right to refuse service or deny appointment slots/consultation at our facility to any of our users at any time.
• All information shared by you will be protected and/used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not process any consultation fees or booking fees for confirming your appointments online through our website. All charges to be paid towards consultations are to be made at the facility.
